 For The Eighth Time, Turkish Airlines Has Been Named the Best Airline in Europe

Turkish Airlines, Turkey's flag carrier, has been named Europe's Best Airline for the eighth time at the prestigious World Airline Awards, known as the Aviation Industry Oscars. The event was held at the Paris Air and Space Museum. Turkish Airlines won additional awards for Best Business Class Dining, Best Economy Class Dining, Best Airline in Southern Europe and Best Economy Class in Europe.

The Skytrax Awards 2022-23, available in multiple languages, received more than 20.23 million responses from citizens of more than 100 countries. The survey evaluated the value of 325 airlines and Turkish Airlines won in several categories.

Bilal Ekşi, CEO of Turkish Airlines, said he was proud to receive the European Airline Award for the eighth time. He said this achievement further reinforces the airline's leading position in the industry. Ekshi also highlighted the fact that he is recognized as the best airline in Southern Europe and said that the company is committed to continuously improving service standards and providing the best experience to passengers.

Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted praised Turkish Airlines for its outstanding performance at the awards. This praises the achievement of winning the Best Airline Europe award for the eighth time and recognizes the popularity of our airline with customers.
