A Twitter Rival Platform Called "Threads" was Officially Launched by Mark Zuckerberg
Meta has introduced a new app called Threads, which is similar in appearance and features to Twitter. Texts is an extension of the Instagram app that allows users to share texts, links, photos, and short videos of up to five minutes.
The launch of the app has been accelerated to take advantage of the recent problems on Twitter, which have been criticized by CEO Elon Musk. Users with Instagram accounts will automatically have the same Account account and username, but the Theme app must be downloaded separately. The app went global on Thursday and has attracted celebrity endorsements from Gordon Ramsay, Shakira and Lando Norris for promotional purposes.
The class is free to use, but users must sign up for Meta Verified to receive a blue verification badge. This application aims to provide a platform for text-based conversations and group discussions similar to Twitter and other social media applications. It offers several sections to follow other users, recommended content, profile pages and lessons, answers and articles. Lessons can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in over 100 countries.
